The story of our guest bed & bath rooms remodel

Most (90%) of the demolition is done. Yipeee!!! This is always a major turning point. We have filled up the dumpster 8-9 times since we started almost 2 months ago. This is what we started with, an odd shaped room with several changes in ceiling and floor height.
Now we have this (see below). Yes, this is progress. The photo on the left was the hallway and door to the guest bedroom. There were 2 large storage closets between the hallway & the guest bathroom . The stuff that filled the shelves now fills the dining room. Remodeling a house while you live in it is not for the faint of heart.
Looking from the guest bedroom window at my back. The ladder is where the bathroom was. The remaining framing is just temporary walls to support the second story.
